We teach our microorganisms to efficiently make the dairy protein by giving them the proteins genetic blueprint for the protein found in nature.
We provide our smart microorganisms with all the nutrients they need to thrive. In large fermentation vessels our microorganisms efficiently convert these nutrients into the dairy protein.
When our microorganisms are done, we harvest the dairy protein by carefully separating the protein from the microorganisms and nutrients.
Our protein is now ready to be used as an ingredient for great tasting, nutritious and sustainably produced foods.
